1 General Provisions

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
78fb reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method when necessary. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit is determined by account type and verification level. Additional verification may be required for large deposit amounts.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will not be approved unless the following conditions are met:
- KYC verification must be completed.
- The deposited amount must have been wagered at least once.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used at the time of deposit.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or incorrect information, notify our support team immediately with the transaction details. We will investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 10 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example: If you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a 150% bonus of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must place a total of ৳3,000 × 10 = ৳30,000 in wagers.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus is applicable only once per new account.
- The account balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering is complete.
- Certain games may not be eligible for bonus wagering or may not count toward wagering requirements — please check the promotions page for details.
- If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program
Regular players can join our VIP program to receive weekly cashback benefits. There are four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their play type and activity.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
